Overview:
Length of Articles & Editing: Most articles published by HBLR Online range from 1000-3500 words (excluding footnotes). Published works will be featured on our webpage, receive a Harvard Business Law Review Online citation, and may be edited to conform with our print edition’s styling and citation guidelines.
Use of Citations: Articles considered for publication should include footnotes with citations. Citations in The Bluebook format are strongly preferred, but not required.
Deadlines: We have no strict deadlines for submissions and publish new articles semi-regularly. However, as HBLR Online is a student-edited law review, our turnaround time for publication is slower during examination periods (May and December) and when class is not in session (summer).
Submissions Process: To submit content, please fill out the form below or email your submission in Microsoft Word format to the Online Managing Editors at online@hblr.org.
