HBLR Online Submissions

Overview:

Articles published by the Harvard Business Law Review Online typically range from 1000-4000 words excluding footnotes. Published works will be featured on our webpage, receive a Harvard Business Law Review Online citation, and may be edited to conform with our print edition’s styling and citation guidelines.

We accept articles concerning U.S. law, international law, and the domestic laws of countries and regions worldwide.

Authors writing from within U.S. institutions or jurisdictions are expected to use a citation format that corresponds to the Bluebook (Version 19). Authors writing from within non-U.S. jurisdictions, specifically other countries, are expected to use one consistent citation format that corresponds to the predominant citation format of their given jurisdiction.

Submissions are reviewed and published on a rolling basis throughout the calendar year.

To submit content, please fill out the form below or email your submission in Microsoft Word format to the Online Managing Editors at online@hblr.org.
